"The place was just not very nice, rugs were old and dirty the chairs were stained, no cable TV and not worth the price. The only positive was the location. Expedia however was wonderful they went out of their way to get missing glasses and utensils, had the rugs removed and ordered an extensive cleaning and offered to move us or a discount which we accepted. "

"The distance to centro was incorrect. The address provided in description was false, purposely to show property was closer to centro than actually is. The patio furniture was ruined by fire from previous tenant. Air conditioning was non existent in living, dining and kitchen making the property extremely unpleasant. Property management refused ro get on a call with us. Property management accused us of causing damages to patio furniture which was dine prior to oyr arrival. Overall terrible...

"Great service. Staff was nice and very helpful. Clean pool and secure parking. Rooms were very tidy with excellent wifi."

"I loved the customer service and the cleanliness of the room. The beds are very comfortable, which is truly appreciated. The hotel has all the amenities needed for a great stay. The only negative thing I would point out is that it takes a while to get your car back (20-30 minutes). Other than that, everything was great. The location is excellent, just one block from the main square and the San Miguel parish church. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. "
