Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Terrible customer service (Texas) we were in AC, check in got to room cleaners still in our room eating their lunch! Told us to wait in hall, then they cleaned up their lunch and left, didn’t finish or refreshed the room, then 25 minutes later returned to take Theo candy bar out of freezer (WHAT!) NO blankets, Maintenance was there tub cracked (can not use) paid for two bathrooms but only could use one, zero help, zero customer service in regards to offering compensation , told they would bring sheets and blankets at 9 am next day then was told they didn’t have “extra” I requested a mgr to call was told none available on Thursday none available on Friday ????? Dirty linen in front of other rooms for the three days never picked up and hall never vacuumed never offered new towels Prop Mgr not on-site and it shows workers were rude and incompetent
