"The check in system is the worst I’ve ever encountered. We stood in line for over 1 1/2 hours. And we had to leave to catch a show we had perviously purchased tickets for. When we came back. We were assigned a room that had non functioning AC. We slept in a room with a temperature of 84 degrees. There was an industrial fan in my room that was loud and did not cool the room. The next day we asked and received a room with working AC. The staff were nice but the check in system is dysfunctional or the hotel was short on cleaning maids. I would not recommend this hotel."
