"Staff is great but everything else is"

"This was not a good stay and I am not going back there. I paid extra to stay in Solana rooms (more modern), but upon arrival floor was not clean, there were still gold fibers and dust from previous guests on the floor and , chunks of food and I wasn't aware I will be woken up to drill sounds EVERY MORNING at 8:00am! Second night our car got broken in (self parking on property) and all our shopping items and personal items got stolen, we reported it to security, very little effort to help after the incident. The whole property is very confusing, very few words staff is not helpful, they should give guests clear directions how to get to the rooms or have a map of the property printed out and handed to the guests. Same with the parking: where to park, how much it costs, what receipt to get if you leave and come back, no instructions or explanations anywhere. You have to work and figure it out yourself. Same in the casino. you just walk in the circles to figure out how to even get started... Place is confusing and outdated. And I saw puke on the floor and the wall for 3 hours before someone cleaned it! Never going back there again!!"

"The rooms aren't perfectly cleaned but decent for the price of staying here. Mold in the bathroom. Air conditioning is mid but works. TV barely works. The wifi is not consistent, its always in and out. Free light breakfast is great with open spaces to sit and eat. "

"Very clean room great location close to ocean City ventnor city etc pet friendly stayed back in December will stayed recently for overnight trip definitely plan to stay again great place 😀"

"The location is great as its beach block, but we were there in April, so very cold. The Inn was old with a kind of cozy vibe. We didn't see anyone from the staff. In fact we left the key, when we left, with corner bakery. That is where breakfast is served. The bed was a huge disappointment! King bed with awful small pillows ( fit for a twin) terrible sheets and chinsy blanket. There are no thermostats in rooms so you need to go to hallway to regulate."
