"Great room"

"The room was comfortable, the hotel location was very convenient, however I think it's time for a refresh there were definitely areas in our room that could stand some attention and it's probably not the only one! Ms. Stephanie was the icing on the cake upon arrival and checking in I instantly felt like she was welcoming us into her own home, she a very genuine person she made it seem like we were visiting with family! She is the true definition of Southern Hospitality that I always look for and expect wherever we travel, it is most definitely because of her that my rating is so favorable, I wish that I had planned better time wise in order to let her know the next time we're in the area we would be looking forward to visiting "her house"! More people could stand taking notes from her on how each and every customer interaction should be!"

"Was traveling through and booked this hotel on the whim. Was a bit nervous since I was staying with a group of females for a night in an unknown area. Was so pleasantly surprised. 1st outside doors were locked at night. So when I showed up late to check in I didn’t get to just walk into the hotel. That was huge already. There are some quirks because it’s brand new. Like our one door didn’t lock. Like the door was offset. But they gave me a new room immediately. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is minimal but it did the job!! Had simple grab and go options that I as a mama appreciated. But staff both days were amazing! The guy at night was super sweet and so accommodating. The ladies in the morning were funny and sweet. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. "
