"No housekeeping if your stay is more than 2 days. Dirty Towels in hallway and trash from rooms left in hallway. Front desk staff was very helpful and informative. Had to go to front desk to request towels and TP. Elevator floor was not cleaned in the five days we stayed there. OK for one night and convenient to 93. Would not stay there again for a lengthy stay. Breakfast was acceptable."

"We’ve stayed here many times before with our pups for the Sea Dogs Bark in the Park event and have loved it! But this stay was definitely different and very disappointing. I don’t know if we’ll be back. - There was only one staff member checking people in on a busy Saturday causing a line in the lobby. That person was also really patronizing when asking standard check in questions. - The room looked clean but the floor desperately needs a good scrub and thorough vacuum. My socks were dirty and covered in other dogs’ hair after a couple hours. (My dogs don’t shed!) - Overnight our (possibly underage and drinking?) neighbors were SO loud, so rude and very inconsiderate. I could hear parts of the conversation about having their ID’s ready. We called the front desk twice to ask for help and literally NOTHING was done. No call to the room, no knock on their door. I didn’t feel like being the crazy person taking it into my own hands so I plugged my ears and slept for maybe an hour or two all night. I was sick for two days after getting home. - Breakfast was bad. My dog literally turned his nose away at the eggs and he LOVES eggs. All the plastic ware was face up (not handle up) so everyone touches the side you put in your mouth when grabbing one. The oj cartons were frozen solid. - They overcharged me for my pet fee. $50 for one night when everywhere I checked it says $25. "

"The room was large and spacious, and immaculately clean. Mattress was very comfortable. AC unit didn't seem to work, but it was late April and not a problem. Plenty of power outlets and lighting through out the room. My only complaint are the pillows. Even though there were 6+ on the bed, it took 3 to give any kind of loft. Each pillow was as thin as a bath towel. Aside of the pillows, this was a great room and a good stay. "

"Booked this hotel for the Hot tub which was out of order when we arrived so, that was a huge disappointment. Pool was nice. Bed very comfortable. Friendly staff."

"We were assigned a room with a toilet that would not flush. We reached out to staff -- within five minutes of entering the room -- and advised of the issue. After being unable to resolve the issue we were told that we'd have to changed rooms, but 15 minutes later were told there were no rooms, and the solution was to leave a plunger and tell us to repeatedly keep trying to flush and it would eventually work. We had checked in very late at night so we waited until the morning to deal with staff about how they would make this situation right (thankfully we were only staying one night), and the front desk said they were unable to offer any compensation (despite being told the evening before to talk to them in the morning). I had to insist that she show me the log documenting that they sent service and were unable to fix it as that was the only proof we had. There was no apology, and the front desk staff member was rude and dismissive. Breakfast was adequate, and the rooms would have been sufficient had we had a working toilet, although the layout is a bit odd with the sink outside the main bathroom yet no towels rack/towels, et cetera, which makes the area pretty useless. The entrance to the parking lot is difficult to spot late at night and poorly lit, although once you're in the main lot it is fine. "
