"La espera al llegar a check un tanto incomoda. La propiedad es buena pero ya presenta deterioro en cosas como: puertas, cancel de baño, y muebles sanitarios. Aunque la alberca es limpia tal vez por la temporada invernal no pudimos hacer uso de la misma por no contar con agua caliente"

"The staff was very friendly. The rooms didn't have towels, and we had to wait for them to dry. The showers didn't have soap. Some rooms had a fridge, others had an empty space with no fridge. The hotel was beautiful with many plants and comfy spaces to lounge."

"1. Someone from the house started contacting me weeks before my family vacation to wire transfer a deposit. I wasn't sure if it was fraud so I politely told them I would pay when I checked in. 2. The address that Hotels.com reflects for the location is different than the one the location ended up sending me so I drove around for a while trying to find the location, so if your going to this location in a taxi make sure you confirm the address. 3. They didn't have hot water when we arrived. 4....
