"The lobby consistently maintained a commendable standard of cleanliness, and the staff exhibited exceptional professionalism. My primary recommendation concerns the current parking facilities; allocating designated parking spaces corresponding to hotel room numbers would substantially improve guest convenience. The shower's hot water supply experienced a notable delay, and the doors presented some difficulty in operation. However, overall, the experience was satisfactory. I propose including in the hotel's description that an active railway is situated behind the premises, with trains operating approximately every two hours during the night."

"Kudos to the staff here. From the check in clerk Sabrina even the Housekeeper and the ladies that worked very hard to serve breakfast. Everything and everyone was friendly, they spoke and smiled. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had dare I say ever. The bathrooms were spotless, pool area not nasty very clean. The staff made sure no area in the breakfast area looked messed over. The smell in the entire building smelled clean. The beds were spotless and truly felt clean not just soiled washed of that makes sense. We came from out of town never even been to Athens and we are strongly considering coming back and staying here in particular."

" Breakfast was ok but simple. The room was clean and comfortable. The only big problem was we were in town for a wedding and the desk clerk said our reservations were cancelled because we were local even though we were from over fifty miles away. After a heated exchange about their website said nothing about this I proceed to leave but once back in my vehicle the manager came out and apologized stating the clerk was new and reinstated our reservations. Thankfully he was there otherwise our reservations would have been for nothing and a long trip back home."

"Overall, the Hotel was clean and nice. A few minor issues… Our room did have some kind of a smell. I’m not sure if it was some sort of deodorizer or what, but it was not too pleasant. It wasn’t strong, but could definitely be smelled. The only other thing was the water from the shower didn’t have very much pressure, (we were on the 3rd floor). Also the water was either kinda too hot or too cold. Hard to get a good happy medium. Last thing was the water was not draining well as I was taking a shower. It took quite a while for the water to drain out. Please fix those things and it will be an overall wonderful experience to stay in your Hotel. 😊 God bless "
