Good for one person, the area is not the cleanest but safe. The apartment is semi underground, not very possible to open windows as the dust of the road will come inside, and also the apartment is already very dusty. The rooms next door are also a bit scary. Cleanliness definitely needs to be improved. A little noisy at night especially when cars pass by. Nevertheless, appliances and showers worked well, and I had a good stay.
