It is a clean , decent and safe accomodation , I was not aware that the unit I chose was a semi basement. One annoying thing is that the cleaning staff team was very noisy , I did not understand why they were yelling in the hallway all morning .

The basic room was very old with many obvious signs of age around the walls, shower and everywhere (as can be seen in my pictures attached), in the semi-basement, which was nowhere explicitly stated, and the pictures on purpose were not showing that. It was taking us a lot of time to take a shower because the water temperature regulator was constantly changing temperatures without us modifying it. And all of this would be ok if we didn’t pay 90 euros for this room that is moreover located 45 min from the center by public transports. Overal the amendities were far below the price and the expectations from the images. Other than that it was overall clean, only the mirror looked like it was not cleaned as there were water stamps when we entered.

Excellent location, immaculate cleanliness, great air conditioner, excellent communication - timely, unambiguous, not lengthy. Low points: A) wifi was poor, worked for 60secs and then I had to log off and on. B) my apartment ground floor next to the elevator. Sound from normal use was not great.

Lovely apartment located close to the Olympic Stadium where I was attending an event. The nearest metro is about 35 mins walk but that didn’t worry me as I like walking. You could also get a local bus if you’d prefer. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. There was a hob (although I didn’t use this), coffee machine, toastie maker and kettle. The host provided coffee and left a carton of juice in the fridge which was nice. A short walk finds a kiosk for snacks and drinks as well as a bakery. A bit further on Is Beer Academy which as its name suggests has a good selection of beers as well as doing excellent food at a good price. If I come to Athens again I’d certainly be prepared to stay at Vivo Apartments again.

It was good in times to proximity to the hospital which was my my aim of staying there. Easy transport system if you need to go out and there is also the option of shopping mall which is just walking distance from the location. The location isn't bad however an upgrade will be great and it would also be nice if the real picture for the room one is booking is what is displayed. The other thing for anyone staying at this apartment is the level of noise you get during the day (I guess it's from a construction site). So that might be temporary. Overall, I had a good stay.

Les informations sont très précises pour accéder à l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien situé. C'est tout neuf et très propre. C'est très confortable. Par contre, il manque un torchon pour la cuisine, quand on se lave les mains et un crochet pour mettre le torchon. Idem pour la salle de bain, il manque une serviette et une barre pour l'accrocher. Pour la douche il n'y a pas de rideau de douche, pas évident de ne pas mettre d'eau entre la douche et les toilettes. J’ai envoyé le message à l’agence et il vont faire le nécessaire pour faire les améliorations. Ils sont adorables, ils répondent rapidement aux questions.
