Great stay - pool smaller than you think

Great place to stay and a really nice apartment. Communication was a little slow and the pool was much smaller than the photos imply but definitely worth the view of the Parthenon. Would recommend

Our stay was Perfect! Christina was the perfect host! She messaged us 2 days prior about the transit strike which we appreciated!! Others had at least a 6 hour delay getting to their accommodation!! So we thank her tremendously!!! The accommodation was new and beautiful! I would highly recommend it!!! Thank you Christina!!!

The apartment was not clean when we arrived after having to wait till exactly 3:00pm to checkin. On arrival the previous guest had left a mess everywhere. We called the host and a cleaner arrived but immediately said he was not going clean. We called the host back and he said okay we will clean it. By the time the cleaner came back to when he finished it was 3 more hours. (It’s a big place and because of how bad the mess was it took a while). They left us no toilet paper. We had to call to get toilet paper. Which was at first deemed as not essential. But they sent that and some shampoo. They did not have any towel paper or towels for the kitchen. We asked for compensation but have not received confirmation that we are getting any. We expect at bear minimum the cleaning service fee returned.

Trouble finding parking and unsafe dirty looking area. Elevator didn’t work. We had to bring 4 suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. Washing machines and dryers were being misused by other guests so we had to find a laundromat and the pool closed on our 2nd day because it had too many chemicals. None of the showers drained properly and one of the showers had no door. Brand new building with potential but horrible location and so many problems
