Smart, modern, clean, comfortable,secure apartment just 5 minutes walk from the metro. A few stops to all the attractions of Athens. Excellent communication from the host, lovely welcome and always available to help when needed. Had a really enjoyable stay.

Manager of the apartments very friendly, helpful, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Communication was excellent. The room was very clean and cleaned every day with fresh linens. Very close to public transportation, grocery stores and bakeries. Grafetti was an eye sore, however everyone in the neighborhood seemed nice and we felt safe walking around. Building itself was very secure and the balcony was nice to be able to sit outside at night. Would highly recommend this place.

The communication was superb, the accomodation was well provisioned with everything you could need, bed was comfortable. There was a place to have coffee and pastry opposite and Attila train station was only 5 minutes walk. Only criticism is that there was traffic noise at the unit we had on the ground floor. This may not be the case in all units.

Very clean, sizeable, and modern accommodations despite the surrounding neighborhood. We arrived to Athens Central Station late at night (walking distance from apartment) and were worried because the closest place to eat on maps and Google seemed to be 14 minutes away. Fortunately, our host had recommendations prepared, which we wouldn't have been able to locate otherwise. In general, our host was very attentive and kind and answered texts within the minute.

Fasial was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. The properties were very nice and easy to access. However, the area around was a litttle sketch. There isn’t proper lighting in the streets. Also takes about 3-5 minutes to walk to the train and another 15-18 minutes on the train to get to the tourist area. For me the price and property were worth this, but if you have early early mornings or late late nights it’s something to consider.

Appartamento bellissimo e host super gentile. Molto pulito e ottimo per trascorrere il soggiorno ad Atene. Unica nota negativa la posizione, non delle migliori per rincasare la sera… ma in generale tutta Atene oltre una certa ora non la consiglio. Ma non abbiamo avuto problemi prendendo i taxi che costano pochissimo (1/4 rispetto che in Italia): vi consiglio di usare l’app uber che funziona benissimo in città. Quindi soggiorno altamente consigliato in questa struttura: 5/5!

Superbe séjour à Hydra chez Theodora

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait chez Theodora, elle a été aux petits oignons avec nous du début à la fin. Elle est venue nous chercher a la sortie du ferry puis nous a présenté sa maison à quelques pas du port, l’emplacement est vraiment parfait, dans une petite allée calme mais à seulement 1 minute du port à pied et 10 minutes de petites plages très agréables. Le lit est très confortable, et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour faire à manger. Le salon est très appréciable lorsqu’il fait trop chaud dehors pour se reposer et la terrasse parfaite pour les dîners en amoureux. La maison sentait bon et tout était propre, nous ne remercierons jamais assez Theodora pour ce séjour absolument magique, elle a été très attentive à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. Vous ne regretterez pas votre choix de passer vos vacances à Hydra chez Theodora!

2 jours avant de quitter la maison nous avons reçu un message de Faisal le dirigeant de l appartement qui nous a donné les coordonnées de la porte d entrée et du numéro de chambre., ce qui est hyper rassurant ne parlant pas le grec, tout est en anglais. L appartement est tres propre. Il y a une machine nespresso avec des dossertes du sucre du lait ainsi que du thé et une bouilloire électrique. Il y a l air co et une télé avec netflix donc quelque soit notre langue c est parfait . Les nettoyeuse très agréables passent tous les jours ou 2 jours selon votre choix. Au besoin elle vous donne de nouveau essuies remplissent le lait etc et vous offre une bouteille d eau.si vous avez un problème le directeur est disponible par WhatsApp à n importe quel moment de la journée pour des visites ou autres. Ces appartements sont hors d Athènes bruyant tout en etant à 2 rues du metro qui vous emmène pour 2,30 par jour n importe où. Et 8, 40 pour 5 jours. Ayant des problèmes de dos je confirme que la literie est bien ferme. Faites l effort de monter voir l accropole jusqu en haut cela vaut vraiment le detour alors courage ))en bref j ai vraiment aime cet appartement et les gens qui se sont occupés de nous. N hésitez pas.

Nice Place to Stay in Athens

Nice apartment in a convenient location. Only about 3 blocks from Attiki Metro station. There’s a little supermarket and bakery just down the street as well. Hercules was very attentive in his communications with us.

C'est un appartement très sympathique avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, très propre situé à 3 minutes de la bouche de métro qui rejoint le centre d'Athènes. Une climatisation forte agréable en période de canicule, un ensemble de couverts mise à votre disposition et un petit balcon sympathique pour prendre un petit apéro. Un petit point en moins pour le responsable qui ets un peu collant au départ mais ça va sinon vraiment rien à dire commerce à proximité 😁

La struttura era molto bella e tenuta benissimo, pulita ed ordinata. Il gestore molto attento, disponibile e gentile. L'ingresso dell'edificio in cui si trova è molto trascurato e con scarsissima manutenzione.
