Great return stay – love the Mad Berry breakfast.!!!!!!!!!!! This was our second time staying at Athens Warehouse Boutique Hotel & Suites, and it was just as wonderful as before. A special mention goes to the breakfast at Mad Berry. The coffee, fresh bakery items, and breakfast options were delicious and the perfect way to start our day. It was an amazing stay, confortable, cleanlines, highly aplreciated as well mattreses linens, luxury and in high standards. The whole staff was extremly helpful maids, tbe coffee and breakfast. We had a wonderful stay at Athens Warehouse Hotel and Suites with my husband and our three kids. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They truly made our experience special and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is excellent! Close to many of Athens’ main attractions, including the Acropolis, which is about a mile away and an easy walk. The metro is also nearby, making it convenient to explore the city and surrounding areas. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do within walking distance. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located in the city center, so the area is lively and busy. It wasn’t noisy during our stay, but there is definitely a lot happening around you. Overall, we highly recommend it!

Exceptional stay – Definitely coming back! I stayed at the hotel Athens Warehouse before my cruise and the experience was flawless. A huge thanks to Mike for his excellent service and for making everything so easy for me. I truly appreciated the fast late check-in and the lovely glass of champagne as a welcome drink—it was the perfect touch! The breakfast at MAD BERRY was a pleasant surprise with the variety of breakfast options to suit every preference. I loved the Greek yogurt topped with fresh fruit honey nuts and superfoids. The comfort of the bed ensured a great night's sleep before my trip. This is now my top choice in the area, and I am already looking forward to my second stay here as soon as I return from my cruise!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organize. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was fast. Beautifully decorated modern place. The apartment is big and fully equipped. Has big kitchen and all you need to stay there for short or long time. Bathroom was super big and all marbled. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee amazing. We had daily maid to change towels and clean everything. The hotel is located very central and you walk 5-15 min to get everywhere in the downtown. We definitely will stay here again if ever come back to Athens .

Lots of really friendly helpful staff around. Place was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious with many options, the fresh juice pressed in front of you with 4-5 oranges per glass, and the huge portion of traditional greek yogurt (ask for some honey) was exceptional, only the omelette was bland. The area feels a bit dodgy at night but to be honest the whole city has a dodgy vibe after dark.

We had such a wonderful time in Athens Warehouse Boutique. The apartment is well located in the downtown of Athens in short distance from literally everything. Cozy, new and well decorated. Very comfortable mattresses and fully equipped kitchen which, was good add to the whole experience. Daily cleaning and very polite staff. Breakfast at the Breakfast and brunch “Mad Berry”, a street coffee shop, was delicious. The hotel apartment building has security 24/7. Safe even at night. It can looks little dodgy at night but is safe as the hotel is surrounded by few other big hotels and tourists are walking out all the time. However, we love everything about our stay in Athens. We definitely will be back and recommend to everyone wiling to have safe and smooth vacation in Athens

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this place! The apartment is incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast at the café is simply amazing, and the music creates such a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, including all the main attractions, restaurants, and even the Acropolis. What really stood out was the 24-hour security — it made me feel completely safe and cared for throughout my stay, and the staff is always available and attentive. Suite was s relatively large space but felt very cramped. Tiny bathrooms. Staff that we met were all very nice but we did not feel safe leaving the building at nighttime. A/C unit was noisy all night. Even though we booked for 3 nights we checked out early the first morning. Unable to get any type of refund. Again staff were very hospitable.
