The apartment has 1 single bed, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. It is clean, tidy and comfortable, except the balcony. One of the bathrooms has shower and washing machine. Although it takes some energy to walk up the hill and stairs to reach the apartment, it is value for money. There are mini-market, 5-star bakery shop, fruit shop and restaurant nearby. After booking, a property management team will contact you to see if anything can help (e.g. setup sofa bed). It is better to capture the booking screen before booking as the information posted in another booking website might be different. Do not trust what AI reply.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr guten Lage. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Geschäfte, Bäckereien, günstige Supermärkte sowie gute Souvlaki-Läden. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Man kann die Innenstadt fußläufig erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war allerdings etwas schwierig. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben uns immer wieder verschiedene Personen geschrieben, und auch telefonisch hatten wir jedes Mal einen anderen Ansprechpartner. Dadurch war die Kommunikation und Bestätigung von Zahlungen teilweise unübersichtlich. Im Treppenhaus roch es leider sehr stark nach Katzenfutter oder Katzenklo und insgesamt machte dieser Bereich keinen besonders sauberen Eindruck. Die Wohnung selbst wirkte hingegen modern und frisch renoviert. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit des Bodens zu wünschen übrig, da sich dort noch Staub und Schmutz befanden. Auch der Staubsauger sowie die Waschmaschine wiesen deutliche Ablagerungen auf. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Toiletten sehr sauber waren und die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet war, was man für den Alltag benötigt. Insgesamt hatten wir dennoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Trotz der genannten Kritikpunkte können wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!
