"We stayed at this property for two nights. When we arrived, the room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our stay, which caused us significant inconvenience because we needed it for work. The host promised to fix the issue, but nothing was done.
The cleanliness also left something to be desired, including trash bins that had not been emptied. We were given no instructions on how to use the air-conditioning system, which only worked partially.
