"Our room didn't have AC and was facing into the sun all day so it was hot and our sleep wasn't restful as a result.
Directly outside of our room, there was a a hydro-vac truck that ran most of each day during our visit and the food was extremely expensive. All in all, we weren't impressed with the quality of our visit in relation to the extreme pricing."

"The staff were THE FRIENDLIEST I have ever encountered at a hotel. They went out of their way to help. Amazing! And completely made up for the dated bathrooms. Well, almost. They could really use new lighting as well. Not open in winter months, hence no hot tub. But the fire pits were awesome! "

"I stayed in a queen loft. It was nice to have that separate area to put kids to bed. Pool and hot tub were great but the flooring around the pool could use some work - getting slippery. Overall would recommend!"
