"The hotel is super nice, with really cool people working in it, very helpful, kind and friendly. The location is awesome close to pubs, restaurants, shopping. The room was small but quite nice they gave us room 204. The only not perfect thing was the bathroom it was a little old and some details were broken. 9/10 overall for this stay "

"Everything was excellent, location of this hotel was perfect for our stay. My only black point was the lack of a tour desk or concierge advise for tourist information. I wanted a last minute reservation for a tour, front desk staff wanted to help me and offered me a 250 euros tour per person, I went outside and on travel & tour agency got a 110 euros per person, same tour and maybe more vip than expected in the hotel. Please try to be more helpful and defend tourist from scammers. Also taxis are rude and non trustful. "
