"The hotel is very clean, modern, and in a great, convenient location. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The only small downside was some noise from outside, but overall it was a very pleasant stay."
"The property is at an excellent location. 5 mins from metro station, max 10 minutes from the buzzing Ladadika area.
The room was great, clean, modern ann spacious. "
"Newly refurbished building very centrally located. Apartment is very nice, good facilities and very comfortable bed. We had the large apartment with balcony. Would recommend for a stay in Thessaloniki.
However, 2 negative things that can be easily fixed by the management company. 1. We were not provided with any check in details and there was no one at the building when we arrived at 3.00pm. We called 2 different numbers several times but no one answered. There were 2 other groups in the same situation waiting to check in. We eventually got an answer on the emergency number after more than an hour. The lady I spoke to said they didn’t send the self check in details because the local tax had not been paid. She sent me the codes for the main entrance and our room. We were lucky we arrived during the day. If this had been late at night I don’t know what we would have done. This was all completely preventable if they had contacted us before arrival with the payment link and check in codes. Nilie mgmt are a big operation and need to sort this out. If you are staying here, make sure you get the check in codes prior to arrival. 2. The apartment has a huge balcony, but it’s not furnished. There is only one chair in the room, so you can’t even bring the indoor furniture out to use on the balcony. Total waste of a beautiful space."
