Terrível os acessos ao estacionamento sendo o mesmo mau localizado e sinalizado e a maneira de se atender os hóspedes, sempre uma pessoa somente na recepção, além dos elevadores que não são adequados para hóspedes com malas, pois são distantes um do outro e fecham as portas muito rápido para quem está com bagagens....
