"We had the best stay at Els Llacs- the apartment was lovely, had a beautiful view of the river and it was a great addition to have the spa downstairs There is a supermarket immediately opposite which is great and Soldeu is only 5 minutes away with good coffee and food options "

"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "I stayed in Andorra for two nights. The Hotel Magic is the ideal location as it is in the centre of the town and everything is within a few minutes walk of it. If you have a room at the front of the hotel you can watch the sound and light show in the city fountains from your balcony at night. "

"My only complaint about this property was trying to access the parking. If you are staying here and driving. Contact the hotel and have them send you the photo directions. If you miss the road to park, there is no place to stop in front of the hotel and then you have to make another big loop around while navigating a million roundabouts and pedestrians everywhere."

"A great location. Sophie, the lady on reception was really lovely and let us pay to stay a bit later in the room as I felt a little unwell. We really appreciated this. We had a room high up and view of the street and the mountains. Parking was available on the streets nearby at 4.90 euros for 4 hours and free 8pm until 9am. Bring coins. Our triple room was adequate for a one night visit. Thank you to Sophie for excellent customer service "
