The look and feel of the accommodation. Loved the Christmas decorations made us feel in the Christmas mood. The breakfast was nice and the dining area was aesthetically pleasing with nice views

Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill Dudley
The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The food was great - scored it a 4 only because the room was so cold my Husband had to sleep in a hoodie on the first night. Staff rectified this by providing an extra blanket but it wasn’t ideal. We would definitely go back but when it’s a little warmer ...

The Ironworks Aparthotel
Spotless modern room. Had everything you need for a self catering stay. Kept up to date via the app and with WhatsApp. Everything explained thoroughly and even had little check ups via text to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely be back. It was all lovely
