"We are at the hotel in the last week of May and it became very hot, very happy to have air-conditioning. The room had everything we needed including a bath and a shower. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety and fresh. Great walking area for the city unless you were there Sunday as we were when everything is closed and so shopping is Ltd.."
"This was a wonderful hotel. The welcome we received was amazing. We were early for check in, but by the time we collected our luggage, our room was ready. Immediately we were asked if we needed help for recommendations of places to eat, or see. Staff were interested in ensuring we enjoyed the area. If you have a car, do ask for one of the reserved parking spaces in the nearby parking garage at the railway station. This was a secure spot and very close to the hotel. Staff made a reservation at a restaurant that was just amazing -Eno club. The staff truly want to ensure you enjoy your stay."
"Converted castle property, but very modern and fully-improved facilities on the inside. Incredible views from the rooms with balconies facing south. Good breakfast. Nice bed, spacious room, nice bathroom; everything worked (not that common in Italian hotels haha). Access road is a little difficult, and parking is tight but available. But the nice room and views make this a wonderful place to stay in a prime location to visit multiple cities in the Langhe region with short drives. Highly recommend."
"An oasis in the middle of the route. Very clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was awesome with lots of options.
We arrive late at night and they had some fruits and pastries at the entrance to welcome us. Very recommended."
"Our “double room” was small but adequate. Unfortunately it was at the front corner of the hotel, right over a busy road so we couldn’t open the window became it was so noisy ☹️ Breakfast was adequate but with limited choices, more cakes and sweets than protein options. Staff were friendly and helpful."
"From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable and taken care of. The building and grounds are lovely and the family who run it are attentive, kind and appear to be happy to be there."
