"NICE VIEW RIGHT ON BOARDWALK"

"There are so much that i love about the Carousel, but I do have 2 complaints about our recent stay. The indoor pool was closed the entire time. To my understanding, it was a mechanical issue, but there was no sign on the door to let people know it was closed. A sign would've prevented the multiple questions throughout the day, every day. The second complaint is the game room by the pool. Those machines need some maintenance because half of them didnt work and there were 3 machines that took my credits but wouldn't let us play. My kids were quite disappointed and the front desk can't even do anything about the machines. I called the number on the card for assistance, but that was no help either. Other than those 2 things, we had a wonderful experience in our 3 night stay. Theres a heated outdoor pool that we enjoyed and we went to Jolly Rogers to make up for the games. We come to OC at the same time every year and wouldn't even think about staying at another hotel. "

"Really nice place to stay. Spotlessly clean rooms. Friendly staff. The pools and spa, while shallow are very nice. Food options nearby are fantastic. Only negatives are the towels dont feel great and the elevator might aswell be ignored due to it being slow and packed 24/7. Great deal, will definitely be back. "

"This resort was great. Restaurants in the hotel were such a convenient option. We had breakfast every morning in the Tide Room. Wonderful service and food. From the front desk to the bartenders and wait staff, everyone was beyond happy to offer a welcoming experience. We will definitely stay here every time we go to OCMD. "
