While you are about 20 mins outside of Chania it served as a good base for all of the western beaches and attractions while still close enough to Chania for dinners and exploring. "We had the room on the 6th floor so our view was amazing! But the “hot tub” took over 30 min to even fill up and once it did we could see all the sand/dirt swirling around. The staff was also EXCELLENT! The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast nothing special. The sandwich options at the bar were pre-made and wrapped up so they just tossed it onto the panini press so they were ok. The pool was clean but didn’t have a view of anything other than the side of a building. The walk to Old Town Chania was around 15 min if you followed the boardwalk which was beautiful and had access to a small beach. I’d recommend this place for the close proximity to Old Town (far enough that the noise won’t bother you at night) and the staff which were awesome while we stayed."
