"The air conditioning in the room was inadequate. When we arrived the room was 78 degrees. We turned on the air conditioner and after 2 hours, the room was only 77 degrees. Spoke with Roger from maintenance who was very nice. He checked to make sure the a/c was turned on correctly (which it was) and ..."

"We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel and it was good......the only thing I didn't like was the super noisy Air conditioner in our room......I think it actually had 4 different rattles going on at the same time. Other than that it was great......the pool area looked inviting but didn't get a chance ..."
