"The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful . The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the pool it was a great place to relax. The location was also excellent and very convenient for getting around and enjoying the area. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing staff, quiet area, lots of actives to do, spacious rooms, and loved the coffee nook in our room with the expresso! We loved the walkability and different walking paths available, made it very nice and would be interested in bringing our dog next time. The shuttle into town was also amazing!!"

"We had a wonderful visit to Aspen. Parking was a challenge, not only because of construction in the area, but in general there are not enough spaces at the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful with different ideas for shopping and dining. The male at registration did not offer to assist us (2 sr. women) with our bags nor attempted to accommodate our roller bed request (which was made on site as well as several days before). We found out that it could have been done and has been done with notice in the past. I personally called 3 days prior to arrival, so there was notice. He was helpful with map and restaurant explanations after we were checked in. Florencia, the other person at the desk the other days there, was a pleasure to speak with, learn about the area, assisted us with our bags when we left and totally made our stay one worth recommending to others. Wish there was some sort of egg provided at breakfast but otherwise breakfast was good and coffee was great! The public space was always clean and kept up. The fireplace was lit and created a warm atmosphere and there were beautiful orchid plants in the reception and sitting areas. Also warm chocolate chip cookies were available each afternoon. Yummm."

"Very modern look and feel. No elevator, stairs to all rooms. 10 digit codes to unlock the room was a bit much, but we adapted. Our downstairs room had no outside views. Used the window a/c unit to being in some fresh air. Overall a nice facility located right on Main Street with a 10 minutes walk to miost everything in downtown Aspen."

"The staff was off the charts friendly and accommodating, always wanting to know how your day was and serving with joy. My wife Cathy had the best meal she had EVER had, Lamb and the octopus. It made me feel really good I chose โThe Jeromeโ to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and make her feel special. Thank you Bob"
