"We loved Dar Imlil! It is set in a beautiful location, nestled in the mountains with an incredible view. The room was very cozy, and surprisingly big! "The best property I stayed in. The owner is a little odd and will interrupt you to strike up conversation, but he’s just being friendly. The property is excellent value, and is up a steep hill which I like (no fat guests). The food was pretty good and the breakfasts very filling. Rooms were relatively comprehensive and very clean, water very hot. To notch little mountain retreat. 8.5/10."

"We loved the idea of staying in the mountains however, the property did not mention vital information like; there is no transport facilities at all, you have to hire a taxi through their tour company which charges 80€ each way to airport/Marrakesh. "A very unique property! We stayed for three nights and had an amazingly relaxing time. Staff were ultra friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The Kasbah du Toubkal a part of the Mantis Collection provides the most picturesque, peaceful and romantic setting with 360 degree views of the surrounding High Atlas Mountains. It is situated close to Marrakech and a perfect place to stay for a few days. There is a lot of great trekking in the area for all levels(the highest peak in Northern Africa), and a perfect spot to relax, read a book and have a Hammam. Kasbah du Toubkal is also a great place for a day trip and to have a nice lunch. We have been very impressed and it is truly worth the trip and a must see. There is no road access so you can walk for 15 minutes or take a Mule.
