Hotels near Askim Museum

"Booked for 2 nights for a mini break with my daughter. The welcome from staff was exceptional and they were happy for us to leave luggage before and after we checked in which gave us the opportunity to explore the area without carrying bags. Breakfast can get busy but we got a table both mornings and the breakfast choices were really good and set us up for the day. Our room was simply furnished but completely adequate and comfortable and it was nice to have a view towards the Opera house (it would probably be hidden by trees in the summer). The hotel location was great with everything we needed close by and was a great base. The balcony on the 8th floor was a good viewpoint and a nice place to watch the sunset. We would definitely stay again. Thank you"

"Great location: A short walk to central station, and shops:restaurants, a few steps away from tram stops, Self check in and out. Bed is comfortable, however we had a double bed room, there is no tv, rising cups or ironing board etc in the room, a small basin without a plug, shower is not clean- hair left on the tiles and drainage hole. A A3 size / very small window. Floor is covered with plastic material like sheets. If you look for a place that close to central station, perhaps you could consider this place ."

"Breakfast at a clarion hotel should be a bucket list experience! This is a lovely hotel. Quiet room with nice view of the city. Central location. Beds are very comfortable. Shower room was spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly. Oddly , we had a missing bedside table, thankyou to Nicolas for sorting the issue. Enjoyable meal at the restaurant on the 13th floor with great nigthtscape view. Spa was clean and a great addition to our stay. Second time i have stayed at a clarion and would not hesitate to stay again. "

"The hotel staff are very warm and friendly especially Sozin She makes us feel so welcome and at home . She is also very helpful in our queries on Oslo city .A thumbs up for the staff especially Sozin . The breakfast at the hotel has a good spread and we have totally enjoyed our breakfast there.The gym also has a lot of machines and we had a good work out there too.Our stay there is memorable and nice.
