"Front desk staff offered minimal help when we had serious issues with our room upon first walking in room door. Asked for another room due to issues, asst mgr or manager was uncooperative at first with providing us another room. Upon entering room it smelled of unpleasant odor. Floor had not been vacuumed, crumbs, staples and paper bits on carpet. Paper liter on tables. Bathroom had a dead bug in sink which drain stopper did not work. Grudgingly given different room which smelled and looked clean. Slight annoyed look from front desk when dropping off door card when checking out."
