"The room was perfect. Very clean and super comfy beds. Location was ideal for the concert we were in town for as the venue was only a couple of blocks away. The only thing I had a problem with was having to pay for public parking which was $25.00 a night. Parking fees should be discounted or included with your stay."

The elevator guy not only took me on the elevator, but showed me around to the rooftop bar and the basement giving me a little history of the place. I thought he was over and above in his service. "
