"The overall ambience is good. Staff is very polite and good. The hotel, I was told is under renovation. Hence, it had no rooms for drivers, which was a negative. Also, had to sweat for one night since the electricity went out and there was no fuel in the generator. The room was cosy and amenities in the room were good, though the bathroom seemed a bit cramped. The food is great, bar is well stocked and the overall decor is pleasant, room service is excellent. "I flew in from Singapore and checked in late, but had informed the desk that I shall be doing so. The room given to me was not fit for human habitat. The bed linen was soiled, pillow covers dirty, walls swollen and several chunks of plaster falling off and clinging like old aged wrinkled skin.. the mirror silvering was off and extremely dirty. Did not dare enter the bathroom. I decided that I won’t be able to stay in that room as it’s literally the worst I have seen in my last 13 years of...
