"This was my second stay at this hotel, and I have so many compliments to share. Despite its traditional style, this Ryokan offers modern amenities. In Asakusa Station, my mother and sister lost their way; one of the front desk staff, Ms. Nagai, offered to search for them! With the assistance of Ms. Nagai, my family finally arrived at the hotel safely after I spoke with them for half an hour over the phone. What an exceptional service! After 9 pm, they offer a free small supper - delicious ramen, too! Could I also mention their breakfast? The best! There are a variety of Japanese and Western food options available.
There is also a natural hot spring bath on site. Whenever I have the chance, I will come back to this hotel again and again! I'm already planning my next trip!"
