"Everything was wonderful and very nicely located, my only complaint is the elevators taking forever and being small, and that there was not stairs and the laundry room that the dryer did not work that great and other people messing with your laundry"

"Convenient laundry room. Washer and dryer. The cost is charged by the weight of clothes. The staff was friendly and professional. Foreigner friendly, spoke English. Everything overall great, I must agree with some reviews mentioning a smell. It smelled like sewer every time we entered our room. I also agree, the rooms were clean! Depending on your stay, you are asked how many times would you like them to come in to clean. Otherwise, you get daily towels, robes and one water bottle per guest left at your front door. Also, one thing I may add if you lose your key card you are charged 1,100 yen per card lost on your check out. Read over policies carefully. The location was ok, away from main area but everything within 15-20 min walk. Convenient 7-eleven within 4 min walk. I also, highly recommend the Thai Massage place near by (Chill Chill Massage Asakusa). Overall, it was a good stay. Comfortable mattress and amenities were great too! I found a last minute deal as we were already in Osaka flying into Tokyo and everything in the area was booked or overpriced for our budget. "
