Very clean and neat with friendly staff. They were very willing to help out and respectful at all times. It seems the hotel is recently renovated so the room condition is modern and warm. At first it was a little hard to find since Expedia map points to the wrong location, but we were very happy when we got to our room. The onsen spa or public bath is in excellent condition with full coverage of all the amenities!
