"The property needs a bit of work, especially the kitchen exhaust fan, it was oily and the bath water pressure needs work as well. The sofas needs to be replaced or removed as the wires are pocking. "Great location and nicely newly built hotel Reason not 5 star - one of the room ( A ) has infested a lot of black bugs and we had to tell children not go into it and did not use the room at all - the place has strong new construction smell when first entering after opening window for a night it improved "
