The staff were excellent, kind and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Good cooking facilities. Very spacious apartment. The onsen was dated and needs an upgrade but the water was a good temperature.

陳舊的風格

舊式公寓，有廚房蠻方便，但用具較為陳舊；客廳能讓一家人用餐，空間算寬敞；長輩喜歡塌塌米房，但其他兩間房就比較普通。走路三分鐘可達溫泉浴池，可惜設備也是頗舊且有不少水垢，但在上富良野鄉間能泡上溫泉也是不錯的。開車十分鐘內有超市，可買食材自炊。

一層有3個房间，空間很大，自駕到富田，旭川也十分方便，有免費車位，煮食設備非常齊全，又可到前面店铺浸温泉，店主好客有禮，非常值得推薦給家庭旅遊人士居住。

上富良野的優質住宿

離上富良野日之出公園很近,附近有超市,採買方便,也提供免費的溫泉泡湯,覺得很棒!!!

蠻好的

一整層空間，使用上來很舒服，雖然房子有點舊了，不過該有的東西一應俱全，帶著孩子全家出遊，停車也很方便，這次住的是二樓，沒有電梯，但扛一層樓行李也還好，晚上時附近很寧靜，很有鄉間度假的感覺，很不錯，附近也有兩家便利商店，也能到前面的溫泉飯店體驗日式澡堂，榻榻米的房間，讓孩子們覺得好像就住在小叮噹的家一樣，謝謝讓我們體驗日式生活。

가족단위에 좋아요~

방이 3개고, 보통의 일본처럼 욕실과 변기가 따로 있습니다. 요리할 수 있는 준비도 다 되어있었는데 다만 청소 상태는 조금 부족한듯해보였지만, 여러 명이 한 번에 이용하러 들어 가기엔 좋았고, 온천을 이용할 수 있어 좋았습니다.

お世話になりました

温泉も本館に行くと入れるので、良かったと思います。 スタッフの方の対応も良くて、助かりました。 子どもに寝具のアレルギーが有るのですが、 対応もしていただいて助かりました。 お部屋は使い勝手も良く、炊飯器、ポット、冷蔵庫、洗濯機もあり、 便利だったと思います。 難点は、お布団の一つがたばこ臭かったこととやかんに水がし残ったままだったり、 コップやカップは汚く感じ、漂泊がされておらず茶渋が付いていたこと。 テーブルが小さいので家族5人が揃ってひとつのテーブルで食事をとるのは難しいかな。 炊飯器はすごく時代を感じる物で、炊けるか心配しましたが、ほとんどのお米は炊けていました。 wi-hiも有るので、助かりました。 家族五人で泊まると、旅館など壁の薄い施設だと、ボードゲームで盛り上がった時に 気を遣うのですが、隣室の音も聞こえず、気楽に過ごせたと思います。 苦手な物は持ちこんで、またお世話になりたいと思います。

Spacious apartment but a lot more to be desired

Initial experience with check-in was good but the room smells musty and not cleaned very well especially in the bathroom and sink area. There were 3 rooms with 6 beds so more than enough room for what we need. Couldn't get the water heater to work at first but once the gas was turned on properly all worked fine. It's basic and other good thing is that the spa is included but separate from the apartment.

Money is everying

Good place but with a bad experience. My 6 years old daughter open the door but the glass on the door is broken for some reason ( rainy with wind or a big hit by her). She is hurt. I told to the hotel but none can provide the help. Next morning, they are very polite to ask for the fixing money but no any word to ask who is hurt. I just paid it because it is broken when my daughter opened the door.

Value for Money Stay Especially During Peak Season

Check in is done at a separate location (Furanui Onsen), which is a 1-min away from the apartment. Overall, the apartment is spacious and tidy, suitable for a family of 5. Guests are given complimentary access to the onsen, which is good. I wish to compliment the fronk desk manager, Mr. Arao for being very customer centric. I have left my stuff in the room upon checked out and Mr. Arao had kindly arranged the item to be mailed back to me in a very efficient manner.
