"Yes the rom was very clean . And the staff are all top notch ! Checkin was super easy . The desk people are bi lingual so as an English speaker it was very easy . And the location is great the view of ashhidake is amazing. And the onsen is one of the nicest I’ve used ! Tattoos are allowed also . The kitchen is very well stocked and very comfortable. Don’t forget your groceries!! There are 0 restaurants up there after the lunch counter at the ropeway closes ! "
