"Modern space, comfortable and private bedspace. No staffing present for check in etc. I didnt see them at all during the stay and had some issues getting my code to work on the door to the room. Also, just aware they ask you to leave for set hours in the day so they can clean, so its not somewhere to relax during the day "

Estabamos en un cuarto sin ascensor, la habitación que nos toca en un principio era menos de 4 metros cuadrados, donde había 2 camas, perchero, silla, televisor, y mesa de noche. Todo en ese espacio, con lo que conlleva moverse 2personas y 2 maletas. Buscamos algo económico, donde nos daba igual compartir baño, pero que estuviera limpio. Y ahí, está el...

"When I went to check in the gentleman at the desk, said I did not have a reservation. Not only did I have a reservation. I had prepaid for it months ago. I had the reservation number and the payment receipt, but he didn’t care. I had to contact Expedia, who then called the hotel. The guy at the desk didn’t speak English, so Expedia had to call him back with a Spanish speaker. It eventually got all sorted out, but it took half an hour of me waiting around for it to get settled"
