"The Long Creel Hotel changed from being a Hampton Inn last summer. It was sold to a different chain. The hotel had clean rooms, an excellent staff, a pool, and an exercise room. It also had a continental breakfast. The hotel is supposed to be remodeled in 2026 and will include a bar. A nice place close to the Maine Mall. Very reasonable price to stay during the off season. "

"The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. My only regret was the $10 charge for parking. I was not informed of that and it should have been prominently noted when I made the reservation. Otherwise it was an excellent experince."

"The airport shuttle was very convenient and appreciated on an early and snowy Christmas Eve morning. Night and morning desk staff were very helpful and friendly. "
