"The Property was not neat and the kitchen was very limited with food. The Rooms had Cockroaches and was unable to sleep properly. Even the Kitchen was not available on demand. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel for family with kids."

"pathetic maintenance. Looks like they dont care and the management doesnt seem to bother. following were unacceptable conditions in the room.
1. The kettle was missing the spout and when i tried to pour hot water into the cup it spilled all over.
2. the hair blower was burnt out (i guess) as it was not working.
3. I wanted to ask the room service to replace and the phone was dead.
4. the safety lock was locked again I couldn't get to call to fix it.
