"It was full of residents that were using the place as a hostel. There was empty beer bottles and cans around the tables in front of reception and the whole experience was like staying in a migrant camp. It felt threatening and totally unsafe. Add to that a filthy toilet bowl and I would never go near this place again if you paid me"

"Had a great stay at this hotel with 2 children. Super quiet air conditioned rooms with comfortable beds, coffee machine and separate toilet and shower room which was useful with 4 people in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location just across the road from the Eurostar station and a huge shopping centre with all the tourist sights within walking distance. Would highly recommend!"

"Fanny and Lola were amazing on reception and helped us out with many things. Excellent English and excellent customer service. Room very clean and hotel seemed very modern. Parking was difficult due to road works but Lola helped us out with excellent alternative directions. Good comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent including a fresh orange juicer.
