"One of my worst stays ever, especially taking into account I travel to Thailand every week staying in different hotels. The breakfast is excellent, and enjoying it while looking out over the river and the temple makes it even more special. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming—they treated us like family during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok who wants a beautiful view, a delicious breakfast, and warm hospitality."

"Fabulous hotel situated on the other side of the river. Room was spotless and housekeeping were always nearby if we required more water. The pool is beautiful and a nice place to lounge around for an hour or two. The only thing to let the hotel down a star was the pre authorisation, which I haven't a problem with as it normally lingers in the background, however it appeared on my credit card as a debit transaction of AUD 365. On my return to Australia, I paid an additional amount to my card in case an interest charge was added at the statement date. The pre authorisation was removed, but not until 5 days after my departure from the hotel. Complimentary ferry to Sathorn Pier and Icon Siam, makes the trip a little easier. Ferry terminal for river ferries is at Sathorn Pier and the MRT is a short walk away. Free ferry from Sathorn pier to Asiatique also a nice bonus. Airport to hotel in a taxi cost us THB714 with tolls and airport fee and the luggage fee."

"We stayed in a family suite and loved everything about our stay. The suite was huge and immaculate with amazing views of the city, and we felt incredibly well looked after. The boat service is a real highlight and using the river to get around was a game changer as a family with young children. The pool area was great and breakfast was the best and biggest buffet we’ve ever seen. Would 100% recommend."

"This hotel has the best view from our balcony and hotel rooftop. It’s within walking distance to Grand Palace, Wat Pho, flowers market, 3 minutes ferry to Wat Arun. Hotel staff are very friendly and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the room and shower is small. However I would recommend to all my friends because its location, view and friendly staff. Thanks to their excellent service, we had a wonderful time."
