"Lovely location in the arts district. Within walking distance to the Bay park area, fine arts center, Marina and downtown where you can find wonderful restaurants. Although we had a car, it was very convenient to use the shuttle service. The drivers were great to point out special points of interest and got us to/from our destination promptly. "

"This is a motel near the beach. It’s an older property and maybe some rooms are more updated. The room I was in was not the same as the photos. There were horizontal blinds but no curtains to help block the lights. The gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant and was available to help with whatever. Good choice if you are looking for a motel. "

"This hotel is absolutely superb. All the staff pay close attention to detail and are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area is wonderful. Never had to go and put towel on a chair to be able to enjoy the pool area. The buffet breakfast was good. Highly recommend and will definitely return. "

"My flight was cancelled by the airline. My reservation has passed the cancellation period, but the hotel staff cancelled my reservation with a full refund. Very nice and very friendly. Will definitely try to stay here again next time."

"We traveled here for a wedding and stayed at the Embassy. Location was good and front desk staff was nice and that about it. We checked in late around 10pm because our flight was delayed. When we got to the room, we were surprised how dark it was there. Bedroom had only one lamp on the wall. I had to use my phone flashlight to find things in my suitcase. We were tired so went straight to bed. Next morning we’ve noticed how outdated the furniture in the living area were, sofa was dirty. Shower/ tub was dirty. Floor was very sticky. There were no tissues in the box. One of the Beds was very uncomfortable. Cleaning service doesn’t understand English at all. And on top of all expensive parking. Not sure if all rooms are in this condition or just those booked through Expedia. We didn’t use any amenities they offered. Would not be returning "
