"Very nice welcome at 9 pm, very helpful, courteous staff, I was travelling alone from the UK. Room nice & clean, quiet, comfy bed, all amenities, kettle for drinks. Nice sized room overlooking the train station across the road which wasn't imposing. Have stayed twice before, very convenient for absolutely everything convenient "

Those currently in charge of looking after and managing this Château clearly do not have the skills, motivation or mindset to do a good job."

"I booked this room with two criteria, one of which was air conditioning. Though the property was advertised with aircondioning this had been turned off and wasn’t made available despite asking for it. I didn’t appreciate being tricked just so the hotel could save some electricity money "
