"The front desk was very nice and accommodating and the location is great in Viña Del Mar. The room, however, could use upgrading. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all the walls are paper thin so you hear anytime someone is in the halls. We were given disposable bathroom towels that we would assume are thrown out after our use. Overall, an interesting experience. "

"In a very expensive resort town near Valparaiso, this modest little motel in Vina del Mar is a relative bargain. Pleasant staff, good location around shops and restaurants, it is also easy to get to the ocean front."

"The hotel did not have hot water and were not able to refund me for the stay at the time I left. I hope hotels.com is able to sort this out because not having hot water is unacceptable and disgraceful for a hotel that is supposed to be more than decent"
