"This is a new property that featured great views and a modern design. Rooftop bar very nice and fun bartenders. Downsides included not being able to get into room late at night as key wasn’t working. Second time key malfunctioned. My husband left a family party to let me in. His key worked. "Everything about my stay at Mr. P Boutique Residence was wonderful. The location is amazing: a few steps from the bus stop; only about 20 minutes easy walk from the airport (there is also a bus); 5 minute walk to the ferry pier, and close to the main hub of town but still nice and quiet. Also a nice coffee shop directly beneath the hotel, with very friendly staff and good food. A special shoutout goes to Raphaela at Mr. P.; she is amazing! So welcoming and friendly, and she has so much great info about where to go on Skiathos. Raphaela even helped me solve a booking error that I had made in another city! Thank you Raphaela, you’re the best! I will be back to Skiathos, and I can’t imagine wanting to stay anywhere other than Mr.P. "
