"Room was clean and beds slept realitivly well being I just had shoulder surgery and used a wedge pillow we brought. AC was good and cold. Breakfast was a little less than I figured we would see. But still there was many options. The potatos were actually really good. Check in was quick and easy. Very nice stay."

"Breakfast is terrible. The corners in the room were not clean. Bathroom was suprisendly clean and checked it with Ultra violet light. Pillows are cheap materials and old and smelly. I had to cover it with a towel. Behind the desk was a red t-shirt forgotten by the prev. occupant. "

"Arrived on May 5th and the 2 gentleman at the front desk were very kind and helpful- we were told that the elevator was not working or that there was not one and needed to take the stairs. The next morning I realized I did not have a shower curtain- took 20+ minutes to get one and the ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Our room was dirty with food stuck to the counter, heavy accumulation of dust on higher items, no trashcan or bag in room, and stains dripping down walls. There was one muffin out for breakfast and coffee was bad. terrible look for Extended Stay America"
