I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this place failed completely. Save yourself the stress and avoid this...

"Nice location close to Kyiv international airport but in quiet area of big city Kyiv. Amazing look from the window to city night lights. Fridge, tea kettle and all necessary amenities like plates, cups, spoons and forks, and separate table available to have a breakfast or drink some vine with friend. Air-conditioned but it was not necessary to use in the night because we just left windows open to have fresh air."
