"I don't mind that the facility was ancient and repainted over and over. At least it was clean. I do mind that my room door, closed from the outside sometimes locked and sometimes didn't. A carefree individual may not have noticed. I mind that when I asked the front desk about buses to the local sites, I was provided directions on how to walk to the city's free information booth. I also mind that when I asked to leave my backpack after checkout, I was told "sure," and it was left in an unenclosed/unprotected area. I also mind that the front desk person didn't disclose that this would be the case. She also planned to be away all day and asked that I phone her when ready to pick up my bag. "
"Beautiful and delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed. Looks exactly like the photos! Amazing staff. Close proximity to a great area of town. Definitely recommend this property."
"Carte de parking fournie par l’hôtel mais Circulation compliquée dans le kastro
Privilégier parking public extérieur (gratuit)
Hôtel en tout point parfait y compris petit déjeuner, tout près de itsa kale"
"We very much appreciated the staff that arranged a tour for us and was very prompt in responding to my emails before we arrived. Breakfast was fine and abundant. The location is within easy walking distance to the main sights. Like many hotels, a minimalist decor and amenities is evident. A painting here or there and more small towels and somehow more counter space in the bathroom would be nice. Also cleaning staff was excellent."
"Everything about the experience with the hotel was excellent. As parking is tricky in the old town, you park in nearby car park and they drive you to the hotel - all well coordinated. The hotel has been beautifully designed - it maintains many of the old features of the buildings, while at the same time adding modern elegance and convenience. Our rooms were very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant- both highly recommended. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly- gave us some good tips on what to explore in the town."
"I would not stay here again.
Property is clean and new. Staff responsive once we were able to connect.
1) The building is not properly insulated. The tile floors were literally 5 Celsius.
2) no hot water in the shower.
3) the stairs are very dangerous, especially for children.
4) You can hear people in the next room over.
5) they say they offer free parking, they do not. The parking is free street parking offered by the city.
6) I’m guessing they have a camera to watch you when you walk in, because they’ll ask you how many people are with you. They have some sort of communication issue with Expedia, even though I properly booked they tried to charge me for more people. Very creepy and I’m not quite sure why they feel the need to charge extra for the same room."
