"Hotel staff are very helpful and polite. The hotel property is good but if you get room 901-904 it’s very tricky to find and long from the exit. Bike rental was very handy and well priced. Bar staff also very helpful and friendly."

One example: in the dorms, beds do not even have privacy curtains nor a headboard and you have to pay extra for a bottom bunk."

"The hotel is at a great location. Our room was clean and spacious, had a fantastic view of the canal. Hotel room amenities were great. Check in was slow. When tired after a long trip the lobby could be cleaner and more welcoming with seats. The first impression of the hotel is not good but the room was quite clean and spacious. Amenities great, nice coffee shop downstairs and very close to train station."
